The flatness, smoothness and overall appearance of door finish highly depend on consistent grinding and painting quality. Traditional separated manual workflows suffer from uneven grinding force, missing spots, surface scratches and inconsistent paint thickness. To solve core industry pain points, Truman developed an all-in-one automatic door polishing and painting workstation. This integrated intelligent system combines multi-stage grinding and spraying into one automated production unit, completing blank grinding, primer sanding, putty finishing, intermediate coating polishing and final painting in a single workstation. It effectively replaces fragmented manual processes and realizes standardized one-stop door surface finishing.
The workstation consists of a painting robot system, intelligent pressure regulating system, 5-axis grinding system, vacuum suction platform and mobile support platform. Designed for large-size door panels, the working area reaches 3000×2000mm. It features a 3050mm X-axis stroke, 2050mm Y-axis stroke and 400mm Z-axis stroke, with a maximum positioning speed of 30m/min, fully adapting to large automatic door processing requirements.
The vacuum suction platform firmly fixes workpieces during high-speed grinding, while the mobile support platform ensures accurate positioning and stable transfer. The real-time pressure regulating system maintains constant grinding force, eliminating over-grinding and missing grinding defects. The 5-axis grinding system provides full coverage for flat door surfaces, delivering uniform and smooth base surfaces before painting.
Following standardized process logic, the equipment automatically executes full-process grinding and robotic spraying. The integrated workstation greatly improves product consistency, accelerates production cycle, reduces labor intensity and lowers operational costs.
