The workstation consists of two sets of 6‑axis welding robots, 24‑meter gantry ground‑rail travelling system, welding power sources, heavy‑duty water‑cooled welding torches, laser vision seam‑tracking unit and electrical control cabinet. Each robot delivers 2010 mm maximum reach, 6 kg payload and ±0.05 mm repeat positioning accuracy. Overall dimension reaches 24×7.5×3.9 m with total power of 30 KW and maximum working envelope of 22×0.5×0.45 m. Average daily welding output ranges 140‑200 meters.
The laser vision seam‑tracking system compensates assembly tolerances for stable fillet welds and multi‑layer multi‑pass welding. Long‑travel X‑axis gantry movement supports robots working collaboratively or independently on different zones of one large workpiece. MIG/MAG gas‑shielded welding is available. Water‑cooled torches with collision sensors guarantee reliable long‑cycle continuous production.
Modular integrated structure simplifies on‑site commissioning. Rail length and gantry span can be custom‑engineered according to project requirements.
