It consists of gas‑shielded welding power source, heavy‑duty water‑cooled collision‑proof welding torch, laser vision sensing system, torch cleaning‑wire‑cutting station and electrical control cabinet. Overall dimension is 12×1.2×1 m, total power 15.5 KW, maximum working envelope 2×1.2×0.3 m, with average daily welding output of 60‑90 meters.

Supported by laser vision seam‑tracking, the system identifies weld paths automatically and compensates dimensional errors from cutting and assembly. It performs stable fillet welds, lap welds and multi‑layer multi‑pass welding with standard MIG/MAG processes. The water‑cooled torch supports long‑duration continuous production. The cleaning station keeps torch in good condition and minimizes spatter‑caused defects.
