Its core feature is the infinite‑rotating welding torch. Workpieces can be placed directly on the work platform without heavy‑duty positioners. It performs overlay welding for sealing surfaces of butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves and check valves. Integrated into assembly lines, it supports continuous multi‑piece processing and improves overall line‑automation level.

Built with modular assembly architecture, the workstation consists of CNC travelling mechanism, infinite‑rotating torch assembly, plasma powder‑and‑wire feeding system, intelligent seam‑tracking module and high‑intensity color‑camera monitoring unit. It supports GTAW, GMAW and plasma‑powder hardfacing for horizontal, vertical, spiral, spherical and complex spatial‑curve welds. Welding travel speed ranges 500‑1500 mm/min with low hardfacing dilution rate. Cobalt‑6 powder achieves hardness performance equal to cobalt‑12, saving 1‑2 tons of cobalt powder every year and greatly cutting consumable costs.

Modular design facilitates factory production‑assembly, on‑site commissioning and later maintenance; each functional unit can be disassembled and replaced independently. One workstation delivers production output equivalent to 3‑5 skilled welders, with a designed service life over 15 years.
